Mask It: Reductive Surface Design Workshop

Please join me at the Clay Art Center in Port Chester, NY on July 20th for a special 3-hour surface design workshop. I will be demonstrating my techniques for achieving ornate surface patterns using cut paper, latex and wax resist to create decoration with slip and glazes. The workshop will include instructions on how to plan and lay out an overall pattern. We will also discuss the aesthetics of choosing patterns that work with the ceramic form. To register, please visit the Clay Art Center website.
